Pepper, Crab, and Kep

Just a 30 minute bike ride from Kampot lies Kep, a small beach town known for the tantalizing green pepper and blue crab dish. Kampot pepper is regarded as one of the best peppers in the world and Kep has an abundance of crabs and seafood, creating the perfect combination of sweet salty crab and aromatic pepper. We went for lunch and saw our crabs being plucked from the ocean while we patiently waited sipping on our Cambodia beer. To top it all off, the dish comes with aΒ  lime and freshly grounded black pepper sauce that is to die for. Bon appetit!
